    Are clothes getting bigger or is it just me? 5'2,160lbs, size 8, and fitting smalls???

    @lm231 Heavy on Target! I got a dress from there not long ago and I had to buy the smallest size XXS - and my normal size is a 2. (5'3 120lbs). It didn't make any sense.

    I walked 154 miles on my walking pad in February! Here's what happened:

    @macbosch I use my Apple watch just on my wrist but also I don't have a job where I have to type a whole lot so my arms do swing. My standing desk also goes up pretty high so I can even raise the sides of my walking pad to go faster than 4.0 which is what I aim do before I start work. I tried...

    @macbosch I also walk about 7-8 miles a day on my walking pad alone as I work from home in order to hit 20k steps a day!
