    Took your guys' advice and built myself a custom program, feedback welcomed

    @wmsgil Everything looks good to me but I feel like I would need to up the total sets per body part. Try it, see how it feels, raise/lower volume accordingly.

    App for ideal progress

    @irishkid777 BoostCamp is hands down the best one out there, IMO. There's a paid version that comes with extra features but it's not needed unless you want those. It's really damn good.
