    Does anyone else think that the leg press is a superior quad builder compared to conventional barbell squats?

    @trumpeter2 how would a person do this? wouldn't the weight plates severely limit range of motion?

    I only want big arms. Not literally, I still am working out other muscle groups, but I want the biggest bulkiest arms. How do I get them?

    @donnag but focus on both. focusing and growing just the triceps or just the biceps is not the look a person would want
