    @dikaioumenoi Load up on chicken when it's on sale. I buy bone in thighs/breasts with the skin. I usually can find some for .89-.99c a pound.

    Idk how ppl in this sub are able to do low cal w/ 100 g+ of protein daily and workout so rigorously- I’m struggling with 1700 cals😭

    @dikaioumenoi Tuna, vanilla protein in your coffee, Fairlife if you use milk. Avoid empty carbs (not all carbs, complex carbs are super important). Doing this I can easily get 100g in on 1200-1400 calories a day.

    Women who don’t bloat / gain weight / feel weak before or during their periods…

    @freds It's just genetics/luck honestly. My sister got the bad end of the stick. She got bloating, heavy periods, horrific pain. Me? I'll get a few awful periods maybe once a year or less. But usually they're fine, especially if I'm taking birth control.

    @effie I'm losing like two pounds a week without trying now. 😬 Granted, that is with daily runs and mental health meds, so YMMV.

    @effie A lot. Probably 4-6 days a week, getting drunk/tipsy 2-3 of those days. I was mostly drinking shots and white claws, but that shot adds up. I'd wager I'm saving myself an average of 400 calories a day. Then I'm also not making those bad drunk/hungover food decisions.

    @stephny 5' here (well 4'11.5") The last time I was really happy with my body I was 100lbs. I used to be 140 but I'm down to about 125 after basically quitting drinking. I don't need to be 100lbs again, but I'd like to add more muscle and get into a similar body fat %.
