    @phoenix77 I am sure you’ve heard this before, but what really helped me get a good shouldermount was visualizing trying to pull the pole out of the ground over my shoulder.

    What’s your optimal workout time(s) and what time do you actually do it?

    @hungry_hungry_hippo 5-6PM on weekdays. Right from my office to the studio. If my butt hits the couch, I'm done. On weekends, I'm usually up by 7 or 8, so the earlier the better so I can spend rge rest of the day working/playing.
