    @ibiggy Thanks for this, it was an interesting read! Could you maybe elaborate on the dedicated running programs you used? I've been running sort of consistently for about a year but only improved my 5k time from 45 minutes to about 40.

    @mudhen I use an app called Strong. Highly recommend, I love the celebration jingle when you complete a workout!

    @uticus Lifting is amazing because it gives you other numbers to focus on. You can really see yourself lifting heavier by the month (at least in the beginning). I use an app to track how heavy I go for each exercise and it's incredibly motivating to see the numbers go up! Also on female lifting...
