    @donnag I'm not shooting you down at all because you are doing something which is absolutely awesome and more than many. But that really isnt much at all, especially after training that long. But it doesn't matter. Keep pushing and doing your thing.

    @donnag 20+ years training and 99lb skull crushers? Two dumbbells, 99lb each, or a bar with 99lb total?

    @lcnd I was commenting to the redditor above me, I wasn't saying you didn't eat quality food. But now that I'm looking at your diet, for me personally, I would not eat bread, or activia which is filled with sugar. I'd replace Activia with organic plain yogurt and add blueberries. I don't touch...

    @dragonfruit10 "You can eat literally whatever you want". Yeah, you can do that if your one and only goal is to bulk. But if you care about health, that's not true. And also, even if you eat your protein level, your other macros can make a huge difference in whether you add more unnecessary...

    @dragonfruit10 That's not true. Maybe it might not make a huge difference as far as bulking. But it could. But quality and what you eat makes a lot of difference in a ton of ways.

    @wayne1980 Don't do MRE unless you are trying to gain which you aren't. It has other things in there aside from protein. Get a whey protein isolate. But aim to get your protein/calories from whole foods first if you can.
