    @bauman1535 You might enjoy the Valkyrie Project. It’s pretty cool they focus on those ebbs and flows of how hormones affect our muscles and they make training plans that go with the fluctuations.

    @lorial Interesting thing to think about. I never realized I naturally focus on types of fitness that are easy to ace.     When is walking considered a workout?

    @anoncord I walk/jog/ run 13-15 miles a day and have for a while now and my legs are finally getting thinner!!! I’m totally stoked lol. For heartrate I do conditioning and sometimes sprints but it’s the steady miles a day that used up my inner thighs.

    When I run on the treadmill I am dying after just half a mile. How can I make myself go longer?

    @thisisme123 lol that’s a good goal. Personally I would go consistent and slow then speed it up. Expect it to take a couple months before you’re running.

    @woollybear This is probably why dancing on a table became a thing. Coyote Ugly is one of my STBXs favorite movies I always thought it was kind of gross but I can relate now that I’m older. One of my favorite singers Kate Micucci puts the struggle in her music.

    @kenhui YES I am so done stuffing myself to get my protein lol I can get in 80g okay and then I’m full and I’m not going to keep pushing it I don’t care. I don’t care anymore if I look like a flat plank.
