    Am I too heavy?

    @kutloello As a bigger athlete I recommend one running day a week to training. I’ve done a mix of intervals (basketball court suicides) and medium distance (45 min run). Not sure what I liked better but there is no other activity I attribute to immediate benefits in WODs. Like next day visible...
