    @andrewmicheals That’s totally normal, don’t worry and try not to be discouraged! When I started gym-ing again after a looong break (and a lot of extra pounds!) the most I could jog at a time was 1 min! And that was me a sweating, achey mess! But I kept it up, 1min walking, 1 jogging on and off...
