@kezi I can definitely build more lactic tolerance. The pull ups felt pretty easy for me but I can build strength in the thruster and I think that will help
@tammy1ed2 You should have thought that one through! Lol jk. I killed myself in jiu jitsu yesterday and hit a WOD with pull-ups this morning so we’re in the same boat
@jck64 On butterfly, just pull like a motherfucker and arch like hell. It’s the same as the chin-over pull up - you just have to be a lot more aggressive with it. Can’t wait to see your video when you complete this one, champ
