    @tina_p For calories, 1400-1800 is a pretty wide range of daily calorie intake. Typically, 1 pound ~3500 calories. So, depending on if you're averaging closer to 1800 or if you're averaging closer to 1400 will really impact your weight loss. If your goal is weight loss, I'd be more strict...
