    @becknps So like for my push workout I do 3 sets of bench press and 3 set of inclined press and then I can't touch my pecs anymore ? That seems so little for me

    @kvolm Really good advice but I hoped that by copying jacked people routines, I would be jacked myself. I thought it would be more efficient than just try and change what I do to see what works best. Guess there is no shortcuts huh. Well thank you anyway :)

    This Instagram post : Said some tips I didn't know about. I usually do a push pull legs twice a week and I do way more than 6 sets per muscle. Should I change it? Also I sometimes do exercices with a lot of reps because I've been told it's useful for hypertrophy. Obviously he isn't natty...
