    During Covid I lost about 15 pounds through 1200 calories and exercise. Then due to work, life, family stress - I gained it all back in the last 6 months and I feel disgusted and disappointed with myself. But I’m having the hardest time getting back into it.     A weird trick I just discovered

    @mihai_1991 Ooh this is helpful to know. I started taking a multi vitamin and a biotin for my hair too but haven’t noticed huge diff. I’ll try the B!

    Apartment friendly works outs? E.g like Chloe Ting but less jumping..

    @ptom Pamela reif low impact HIIT or something similiar I forget the exact title. But she has some workouts that are apartment friendly and no jumping.

    @chaplain777 I hate low calorie ice creams. I’d rather have a smaller portion of the real thing

    5’1” goal weight

    @laveena123 I’m 34 and 5’0 and currently 125. I lost some weight during Covid and went down to 112. I thought my goal was 105 but I actually felt good at 110-112 so changed my goal to that. I think it just depends when you’re happy with how you look. I loved how clothes fit at that weight also.
