Any fellow petites here lose weight without exercise? If so, drop your routine please!

@keepitsimple144 I’m so sorry to hear this. Life definitely throws stuff at us and then it feels like weight loss and exercise just take a back seat. So don’t feel bad, I prob would have gained 30 pounds if this happened to me. Sending you all the hugs ❤️❤️❤️ also we could start an...

I’m tired of juggling everything and I’m completely burnt out

@fadeaway While sometimes weight loss seems like an insane amount of things we have to do, if you could only do one thing - just do the calorie counting. Once you get that down, if you like you can add exercise 3-4 times a week. You don’t have to go crazy with weights and stuff you can just walk...

Having a hard time staying at 1200 calories

@canick I can only stick with 1200 when I eat between 10-7 or 11-8. It’s a lazy form of intermittent fasting. And it helps me to not snack. Also some days I go over 1200, especially if it’s period time. Good luck ☺️

I stopped working out and it changed my life

@ladyestella Same! I keep going crazy trying to do HIIT, running, cardio, strength training. But what works best for me is daily 10k steps

Any fellow petites here lose weight without exercise? If so, drop your routine please!

During Covid I lost about 15 pounds through 1200 calories and exercise. Then due to work, life, family stress - I gained it all back in the last 6 months and I feel disgusted and disappointed with myself. But I’m having the hardest time getting back into it. I semi enjoy walking/running outside...

I’m response to my last post: what’s that one food that you know is good for you or is a lower calorie option that you just refuse to eat?

@chaplain777 I hate low calorie ice creams. I’d rather have a smaller portion of the real thing

    5’1” goal weight

@laveena123 I’m 34 and 5’0 and currently 125. I lost some weight during Covid and went down to 112. I thought my goal was 105 but I actually felt good at 110-112 so changed my goal to that. I think it just depends when you’re happy with how you look. I loved how clothes fit at that weight also.
