    @prettysailorvictoria So I have had both my knees reconstructed from sports related injuries and squats can be a killer on my knees. I don’t think there is any way around squats and I just gotta bare through the pain on this one. Any thoughts on best way to do this on worn down knees?

    Hi all. 37(f). I’m 6’1” and recently went from 175 to 140 lbs just by quitting drinking and eating healthy in 4 months which is pretty crazy. I didn’t implement any real exercise other than the normal dog walks. Anyways, so now, at 6’1” and 140 lbs, i look really thin. I don’t have any curves...
