I’m only about 8 weeks into weight lifting and I’m crazy stiff. Does anyone have a stretching or yoga routine that they can share?

@melissa75 I had the same issue when I added strength training to my routine. I use Yoga with Kassandra on YouTube, I try to do a 40-60 min yin yoga practice around 3 times a week. She’s got heaps of videos, you can pretty much pick any body part you feel tighter in and there will be a video to...

Thanks to you guys I went for my first weight lifting session last night!

@thisgenerationfulfilled I’m in Australia, and use VPA Whey Isolate and the Pea Protein Isolate. Ok I finally got onboard with stretching..but now I need specific help!

@ryasuz Kassandra has more intermediate and advanced class options. She also has a much bigger yin yoga library. I loved Adrienne when I first started practicing yoga, but after a while wanted more of a challenge. I think they are both great and deeply appreciate anyone giving us free yoga classes!

@vivienita Lots of people recommending Yoga with Adrienne - I much prefer Yoga with Kassandra. She has a huge library of yin yoga classes anywhere from 15 mins to 90 mins. If you just search her channel for what you’re after - yoga for hips, hamstrings, lower back, upper body etc - you’re sure...

Any fitness trainers or influencers with big bust?

@andreamk0713 F cups here. I’ve had a lot of relief from back pain with yoga and reformer Pilates. I have never had much in the way of back/core strength prior to starting yoga 6 months ago, so if you already have some decent muscle strength in that area it may not make as much of a difference...
