    @moonmagik1 Personally I orefer bro split, I do chest, delts, legs, back and arms in order. Or you can do PPL, Chest, delts, tri’ on push Back, bi’, rear delt on pull Quads and hamstrings on leg

    @pieterdj Isnt there a new research like made in Sweden about human body can consume and utilize up to 100 grams of protein at once?
