    Just made my workout plan for the next year. What do you guys think of it?

    @damian333 I would imagine I would probably have to go down in weight a little. As the squat is a bit trickier.

    @damian333 So for example, I would change from lat rows to pull downs and leg press to squat? I noticed the leg press only goes to 400 lbs, anyway.

    I’m having a lot of fun with it and am gonna see how I look after about a year of doing it. But I’m curious as to what you guys would change, if anything… Also, I’m 6’3, 196 lbs, and eating around 2200 calories (or trying to keep it that low, but it’s more like 2800).
