    @amydoodles That fits with my experience. Looks and calipers were putting me between 19 and 21 but Dexa said a touch under 25%.

    @ruky 5'8", slim and long-limbed. At the time of the dexa I was 60kg (about 130lbs I think?). In terms of shape, I'm one of those annoying people who looks good in almost anything on the rack, so I guess like a larger model, since I'm not thin enough to be one? More pear shaped but slim waist...

    @ambsfuller I'm curious as to why you attribute the loss in fat to the paleo diet instead of to the caloric deficit, since it sounds like you began both at the same time? Personally, I find paleo very useful in creating a deficit, but I haven't noticed much difference in results with a paleo...

    So many women want to lift weights without getting bulky, but how many of us here *do* want to lift weights and get bigger?

    @biblicalquality I wouldn't say I want to be huge (my career limits how far I can go with any sort of bodybuilding), but I definitely want to get to the point where someone says I look "athletic" rather than "skinny". I have so much more muscle than I used to but because I'm tall and long-limbed...
