    @sawer1984 I don’t want to pick a fight, but I don’t believe that S&S is going to be enough to bump anyone up a weight class anymore than I believe that the Soviet Weightlifting team was at 6% body fat because of workouts similar to Dry Fighting Weight.

    1 x or 2 x adjustable kettlebells?

    @yeshuasown I don’t do adjustable kettlebells, but I wouldn’t go with the small ones. 32’s are really useful and 24’s are the default. I think limiting yourself to 20’s would be a mistake unless you intend to buy more.

    @pencillead If there is a Planet Fitness near you, give them the $10. Use their kettlebells for a month. Figure out the weight/weights you want. They will have up to 35 lbs. Show up for pizza day. Eat $10 worth of pizza. Call it even and cancel your membership. Buy a kettlebell or two...
