    @clarissa_ I think That would be a Good idea. P/P/U/L is something i‘d actually try. Would you think That 3 excercises for quads and 2 for hams would be okay or Not enough for a Lower day?

    @nholman Yeah currently 2x a week each. That would be a really Good idea. Do you think A and B with different exercises or different rep Ranges would be better? Like 1 day with low reps for strength, 5x5 for example and the other with 8-12 for Hypertrophy? I‘m currently working on pull ups...
