    Bulking breakfast for people who don’t want a ton of food

    @iwantpeace Not sure if this meets your requirements but I eat basmati rice and dal in the morning a lot. I also like to make besan omelettes. Both keep me full and have protein, but I’m not trying to bulk up.

    Anyone eating relatively high amounts of protein without any farts?

    @straw23 I usually do not get gassy at all. I just started eating more tofu though… and it is blowing me up. Totally unexpected. Also, I usually am perfectly fine eating lentils. But I made a Shepard pie with lentils and for some reason that also blew me up. I ate leftovers for a total of 3...

    Meati - worth it?

    @stugray I just got some soy curls and a few other things at fake meats online and saw the meati products there. I don’t know what the shipping costs bc of refrigeration. Glad to know they are good. I’m not much of a fake meat person in general… soy curls is a big leap for me.
