    @marlow7 I have. Of course not as much as I've seen from stretching every single day but my lower back pain went away during long runs. I noticed my endurance in high volume squat or thrusters went up as well.

    @marlow7 I went to standing desk a year ago. Great decision and can see results in the gym.
