    @masonmatt1000 Actually came here to make this point, unless you’re a pro I highly doubt you’re gunna accidentally gain enough muscle to make you’re waist look big, hell even if I train mine they don’t grow enough to widen anything

    @austinsugden My man I would suggest you just try it and see how you get on, everyone’s different iv got one mate whole doesn’t eat for 2 days a week when cutting and only eats one meal every other day but he’s in amazing shape, so experiment and see what works for you

    @godsmusician I would say it’s less your split and more You calories if you wanna get up to 200 you need a surplus and only way to know You’re in one is to track for a abit, ask you could do upper lower split giving you the 2x per week frequency you’re after
