    @simpleinchrist1 This is the right answer. If you want to microload you can also pick up 2x1.25lb if you can find them, or just use some ankle weights or something.

    @dawn16 But that's what everyone does by default. If it works it's great, but people are blessed/cursed with different natural "setpoints". If you have a high setpoint and you eat whenever you're hungry, you're not going to lose weight no matter how healthy the food is.
