    Working out with babies requires sacrifice from the entire family

    @redeemedsinner When I was single I had a longer commute that required me to be up at 4 if I wanted to workout. Fast forward 15 years, I'm 42 with 2 young kids (3 and 1) and still getting up at 4 to lift. The only difference is I have my own equipment at home so it's easier to get the workouts...
