    @66bookssss If you want a new therapist that would say things you want them to say. Get a new therapist. If you don't think you have body image issues then you don't need to discuss that with a therapist.

    @myfavoritepa Fat has more than twice as many calories per gram as carbohydrates and proteins. If fat makes you fat, its because of the calories in it. I volume eat, so less fat works for me.

    @66bookssss She's you THERAPIST. not your dietician. Accepting yourself beautiful in any size isn't the same as "don't lose weight".

    @kaylarose3 lol I couldnt use a 5lb dumbell for years. Now I'm using 4kg max, probably for the next 2 years. Not sure where you got the idea that 11kg is the lowest possible out there.

    @judenshabbot The moment you start lifting weight. Throw BMI out the window. It is no longer a representation of health. As long as you're not in the obese range, you are healthy, and you know you've gained muscles. Then you are healthy.
