    @sneebuck Isn't it just water retention from the carbs and salty food, that 4kg overnight? Drinking lots of water helps you get rid of water retention. Water retention doesn't matter.

    @hoseaman You can't spot reduce. If you say you tried everything and nothing works, it's because spot reducing isn't a thing, it's not possible. If you say you tried everything and you can't lose fat/weight, that's a different discussion and you'd have to give more details.

    @senni 3 sets of 10 pullups. Bench 50lb dumbbells each hand. Not suck at squats 😂. Maybe try to get better at skipping rope. Last time I did this was in elementary school. Didn't even know I can still skip 100 without tripping. This could also be a good way to stay active during winter...

    @eternum I've seen some people here losing at like 1800 calories or more every day. I don't know how they got all that time to be THAT active. I thought about getting more active by adding 30 min walk couple days a week, but still finding it hard to squeeze it in.
