    @jonathan_gale Double unders. It hurts my calves to practice them all the time and without practice it's really hard to get better.

    great negatives but no pull-ups

    @karebrown Negatives suck for pull up strength building. I think it's one of the bigger failures of CrossFit. A Lat pull down bar, into a seated row at a Globo-gym will be the fastest way. Both exercises directly target the desired area and have easy scalability. Each week add 5 to 10 lbs...

    Going to a regular weightlifting gym ?

    @nikkimarie I keep track of exercises and if I miss squats, shoulder presses, bench presses, etc; I always have extra weight sessions to fill in the gaps.

    @kutloello CrossFit does favor shorter dudes in many regards. I think guys who are 5`7 to 5'10 and can build good sideways muscle mass tend to perform very well.
