    @sezzalovesmj Goes back the argument about LSD training. HIIT work like KB routines will improve cardio, but not as much as LSD work. KB will improve strength, but not as much as the big five barbell lifts.

    @barewitness My conditioning work now consist of 3 to 5 rounds of heavy bag work. I have a Muay Thai and kickboxing background. Yesterday, I did this workout, then 3 rounds on the bag. My real issue is I don’t workout as much as I should in the last few months because of work.

    @beldog Thanks. I just use the minute to catch my breath. I workout with an Apple Watch. I let my heart rate drop back down from peak.

    @scratches Let me know it goes. For me, deadlifting 20 reps to failure requires me to rest a bit.
