    @lbeebe48 Yup, I can tell you in GS after 5 or 6 minutes of snatch your perception of time, life and oxygen changes. And when they do 5 min comp sets is even worse. They have to go faster. It's a different kind of animal.

    Is my ROP program enough?

    @shatfield83 Ohh it gets so much better... When you decide to incorporate snatch into your program. My 5 year old saves all of his questions about the Nether, Mr Tomato, Mikey and JJ for my last 2 minutes of snatch.
