    @kennycool You are a hell of a lot stronger than 95% of the population. And pretty humble, to boot. Warmup and stretches are a must. Looks like your pyramid more or less addresses that. You can optimize that by trimming the 1st and 2nd sets of bench. Let the 135x12 or 15 be your warmup...
