    5’0 and under … what’s your treadmill speed for walking?

    @uticus This made me lol. I see these influencers saying oh i only do 30 mins at 10 incline and 3.0…. I am legitimately horizontal at that incline… is this a petite thing? I like doing 3.5-4 on flat ground, if i lower below 3.5 i do 3-4% incline.

    @savedbyamazinggrace Im been reading a lot about this too! Im so confused at this point. When i do pilates i get zero results.

    @savedbyamazinggrace Unfortunately to lose weight i have to get down ton1300-1400 cals. This is what triggers my binges. I have been doing a lot of hit so my goal is to focus more on steps , weights and yoga and aim for 1400-1500 cals a day

    @lamarhourglass I say soft bc i cant do two workouts , and i am cutting out alchohol but i will most likely have 1 or two drinks in 75 days. Best of luck! Check in!

    @keepitsimple144 Mine is absolutely from childhood trauma. I treated myself to a therapist this year and shes been giving me all these wonderful mantras. Seek help , its worth it!

    @keepitsimple144 Im actually trying to recover from bed that i developed during covid/2020 . This weight is a product of that 100%. Direction not perfection!!!
