    @mrsmac0324 This is how I lived my life in early adulthood. So it’s hard to change from doing nothing and looking like a model, to working and not getting results.

    @swordland I guess that’s the thing - I don’t wanna track it. I eat meat each meal of the day. But I don’t wanna count calories, carbs and proteins. I just wanna eat and enjoy it. Eating is a pleasurable thing to me.

    @mrsmac0324 That’s the part I don’t wanna do - tracking my food. It sounds like a miserable way to live for me personally.

    @predrag I’m already making a change my exercising. I want my diet to be consistent however.

    Couple things: I know that basic law of thermodynamics is needed to lose weight, in other words calorie deficit. I’m skinny fat. Limbs are lean. Gut is huge. I don’t work out and have maintained a healthy weight. I don’t eat processed foods, but I love my carbs. I’m Asian and carbs are a...
