    @adc1990 Yeah I weigh everything now. Can't trust no one. I only check the labels to know how many calories there're on 100 grams.

    @childofgod49 Record yourself and check. You are probably increasing the height of your exercises without knowing as 7 reps is that sweet spot where your back muscles are starting to be the limiting factor and are slowly improving. That means, you probably couldn't do chest-to-bar pull ups...

    @adc1990 Both visually and with a caliper, in the abdomen and kidney area. Less repetitions and faster fatigue when doing the recommended routine. My reps on pull ups (normal and weighted) and hspu were reduced a bit. I'm not really concerned about the scale, but I find it weird that I was...
