    @dawn16 I RX sometimes... Not all the time like definitely not for OH squats or snatches but yes for deadlifts and cleans. As my skills for the more advanced lifts are not that great yet..

    @aaaa12 I haven't started counting macros only protein maybe I need to... That could be the problem.. I found when I started protein it made a huge difference. I've also been told to started BCAAs...

    I started CrossFit in March going 3 x a week I did that till July, I switched to 4 x a week and it was an easy transition. This week I decided to start 5x a week... Oh my ... My hands are raw, my whole body hurts...why is 5x a week so much harder than 4x.. anyone else struggle with transition...
