How much money per month do you invest on fitness?

@life84 It's a group class for cardio boxing, lifting, and circuit. $225 is their unlimited monthly plan and I go to their lifting class 3x1hr/week and boxing 2x1hr/week. It's not like an equinox, just a small neighborhood gym. I checked other more branded/newer boxing gyms around me and they...

How much money per month do you invest on fitness?

@savannahmary I know 🥲🥲🥲. It's just the regular 5x5 lifting class with barbells, nothing fancy. But I'm pretty much a noob, so I like having someone correcting my forms and making sure I don't hurt myself doing it. And then they also offer boxing classes. I enjoy that even more than the lifting!

How much money per month do you invest on fitness?

@bayprinting I call it Los Angeles Dollars, where I have to pay way more for way less 🥲. I think I might cut back my group classes and do the 12xmonth membership instead. And then do the strength training at home, once I get my forms good.

How much money per month do you invest on fitness?

@werewolf I'm thinking of pivoting my strength training and start doing it at home. Space is a little limited right now for a barbell at home, but I can def get a mat and dumbbells setup going. Any flooring you can recommend?

How much money per month do you invest on fitness?

@ridgerunner0 That's what I thought too. I spent $1300 on a health emergency last year and that was what it finally took me to realize, "I could've invest all that money on my health instead...." I feel like I'm making a lot of uninformed choices, so the goal this year is to be a little leaner...

@curtswill I have no input about the matter, but this diet sounds so strict and miserable. I can probably do this for two weeks top.

    How do you keep motivated?

@rhettryder Mental health is as important as physical health. Are you currently satisfied in other areas of your life? After a break up, I went into a deep depression and lost motivation to stay healthy. Eating a lot of shitty food that's high in sugar and sodium only made it worse. Cutting...
