    @becksblue when do you take the preworkout? if you skip that you probably wouldn’t have to go. or drink it during warmup. Also, this will probably move a little when you get used to it. It used to happen to me 10 mins into being on outdoor workouts and it balanced out finally

    @kalwa if you progressed before but stopped i would consider a rest week (e.g 2 sets a week) or reducing volume before increasing
