    I can’t do push-ups

    @ilovejesuschristourlord How long can you hold an upright plank? My trainer had me get that to at least 30 seconds before even attempting push-ups.

    @mayne70 That's me. I exercise to maintain my overall health. Getting stronger is fun, but I don't do specific goals other than a birthday challenge most years.

    @zelisky As a wheelchair user myself, I hope you're practicing this with him. We all have different preferences for how we like to be helped and straight lifting is often not a good strategy. I've often had to tell strong guys at the BJJ gym that I'm not a sack of potatoes and purely lifting me...
