    @dontdosadness I have never done a deadbug before. My thighs burn when I lift my legs up. Little bit of lower back soreness, went away before I finished my routine.

    BWF Primer Build-Up Community Event: Day 5

    @dontdosadness I thought the glute bridges were going to be harder because I have a lot to lift in my abdomen. It was harder to get up off of the floor (after exercising) than to do the reps. =) I can feel the effects of the routine. Good stuff.

    @dontdosadness I had to do the sit squat, but i was definitely feeling the effort from that one. Thank you for including all of the variations and not preemptively passing judgment. =)
