@nathan2018 I'm a bit ambitious but I think at least two of my goals are doable this year.
1.) Master pull-ups
2.) Master hand stands
3.) Master one arm push-ups
@trichakra That sucks! My husband struggled with this for a long time. He had his testosterone checked and found out it was low. Once he started taking care of this he started sleeping longer. Just a thought when you see your GP.
@zerokdegree Can I just say, I'm so happy I'm not the only one using paper to take notes? I use to do it on my phone but there is something to being able to compare workouts while holding paper.
