    @sarahcollins Power= Work/delta t: Work is an even simpler calculation W=force x distance. Taking time out of the equation you can see how much more work someone taller, with longer arms, will have to do.

    @damj It’s your height. Do a simple power calc between what you had to do in 24.1 vs. someone even 4” shorter with the same theoretical time - just in the snatches. You’ll feel better. And when rowing is part of the WOD you’ll crush it.

    @markstrimaran Agree with sleep - that number jumped out at me. It's well worth your while to get super nerdy on sleep. Invest in a tracking deice that measures breath rate as well as everything else. Do research. Don't listen to me or "the Google" get out and talk to real people. Sleep can be...
