    Injured and bulking

    Hi all. I'm currently trying to bulk but recently tweaked something in my lower back. I'm going to have to take a week or more off and am curious should I pare back my intake? Should I treat it like I'm cutting? E.g. keep up the protein intake just reduce everything else Thanks in advance
