10k Swings Challenge | Day 3| i am slow

Hi,

Short Update on today Training. It went slow. Did

• Pullups 9x5
• Decline pushups 5x20
• Flys 4x20 12.5kg each
• Deficit pushups 5x15
• Trifecta x3
o Lateral raises 10reps 12.5kg
o Triceps dips x34 on each set
o Swings x10 on each set

Got 510 swings in. Went running at 6:50 again and got back at 7:08 with 2.75km in. Ready to go at 7:35.
I am used to work from home and the commute is stressful. I underestimated the traffic and the time it takes to reach the train. But i manage to come in time. WiFi in the train sucks as Well. But there is WiFi, which is something i didnt expected.
Training itself was a rush from Set to Set. Deficit pushups felt good on my shoulder, as Well as Decline ones and Flys.
I start to like the superset thing. It keeps me focused and concentrated on doing work and not slugging around. I manage to get my 30 swings in within 1 Minute, then i take a Quick break to catch up breath and go again with my Main movement. So in my Mind, i take a 90sec break between Sets.

I also dont know if my 2nd is posted here. Maybe i f**ked up something on the Posting.
