My first post is here!
My life got busy in 2022 and I have not been as consistent with outdoor runs, but I wanted to swing by here with an update because I have moved into the city and I've switched to treadmills instead of running outside among the businessmen on the sidewalk LOL.

3 years, 89 outdoor runs, 225.8 miles, 60 hours.

I still don't like running, but I don't despise it as much anymore! Increasing my speed is not my explicit goal because I don't like to make myself feel pressured considering that I have chronic pain. However, I still charted my pace because I find it motivating! Here is the visual: https://imgur.com/a/eTnEfrQ

My goal has been just to keep moving and to lengthen the time between my walk breaks. 3 years ago I was running 1 minute and walking for 5. Now I run for 6 and walk for 1! I know that a pace of 12:30 after 3 years of practice is nothing to brag about, but I'm not trapped in gym class anymore so I don't have to feel bad! I'm just improving myself so I feel good about it :)

Thanks for looking!
