Advice on workout plan

Hey guys!
So I'm doing a 2 split with 3 training days a week (1x legs, 2x upper body).
My upper body plan is currently:
- Bench Press (barbell)
- butterfly (machine)
- pull ups
- rows
- 2 shoulder exercises
- biceps triceps super sets

I want to focus on my chest and back more, and I had the idea to shift the 2 shoulder exercises to my leg day and add another exercise for both chest and back (e.g. incline bench press and lat pulldowns). My only concern about this is that exercising shoulders only 1 time a week is not enough to gain muscles. What do you think about this?
