So i walk 40 mins a day... do 15 squats and wall pushups between each class for a total for of 105 a day... 5 mins of ab work, 5 mins of stretch work... 3 days of arm work (starting Monday, using onlybody weoght no machines or weight lifting) I'm hoping to be able to start training for a 5 k in August then serious weight training in November since by then i cannot workout outside anymore. I want to drop from 300pnds to 200 in a year... is this good, does anyone have worthy advice
