Just a quick piece pf advice im after.
I have ACL issues and dyspraxia. I want to improve my balance and co-ordination. I intend to do super sets of split squats (SS) then single leg Deadlifts (SLD) . What i want to know is how i would be best doing these exercises, either sticking with the same leg or alternating sides. eg;
R leg forward SS
L leg SLD
or
R leg SS
Rleg SLD
Or even just do the sets of both legs SS and then the SLDs. Though i feel would rather superset the movements, than focus on one and be too tired to properly perform the latter.
