So i'm 20m weighing at about 185lbs at about 5'9" so the weight isn't too visible. last i checked i was 160lbs and i've been working out and watching my diet as well. now i'm not complaining about gaining weight i dont want to lose any weight i just want to turn fat into muscle but for the past month or so i havent seen any progress now i know i wont see results right away but any insights on what i can do differently. my workouts consist of

2 mile walks or 1 mile runs
1:30 minute planks
1 minute reverse planks
25 pushups
25 situps
25 legraises
25 bicycle crunches
25 burpees
25 mountain climbers
25 tricep dips

I do these workouts atleast 4-5 times a week.

But also any diet tips? i just eat 2 1000 calorie meals a day. but not so sure on how to improve since i've been working out for about a month now and i still see no progress. but again i know i wont see anything right away.

@cchabvuta I have heard that you can only absorb 45g of protein at one sitting. You may need to eat smaller meals more frequently, & make sure you're getting enough protein.

Also you should probably be actually lifting if you want to stay at the weight you're at but recomp. Bodyweight work only does so much.
