Hey, I wanted to know what y’all think of this beginner workout plan. I plan on doing a full-body workout with primarily dumbbells and some calisthenics at my college's gym for 3-4 days a week. I’m 18M, 6’1-2, and 190-200 lb and though I have some prior experience exercising this is my 1st time going to a gym. Basically, I would like your opinion on if you think this is a balanced full-body workout or if I should add or remove some things.
- Pushups(10-15 Reps)
- Dumbbell Rows(10-15 Reps)
- Dumbbell Lunge(10-15 Reps)
- Dumbbell Drop Squats(10-15 Reps)
- Lateral Pulldowns(10-15 Reps)
- Dumbbell Chest Press(10-15 Reps)
- Tricep Extensions(10-15 Reps)
- Incline Fly Press(10-15 Reps)
- Dumbbell Calf Raises(10-15 Reps)
- Bicep Curls(10-15 Reps)
- Plank (30sec-1min)
- Hanging Leg Raises(10-15 Reps)
